Anyway, back to the blog: In early 2013, I gave up processed foods for Lent and was amazed by the improvements on my energy, mood, and endurance in my workouts. While I’m not 100% unprocessed at this point, I’m always looking for ways to improve my diet and find new recipes to eat mostly local, unprocessed foods. I’m starting this blog to share my experiences and I’m hoping to learn some things from those who are following!
